Tuesday, December 5th at 1pm:  The UCW are having  their Christmas meeting at Ravenshoe.  Join us for an afternoon of Fellowship, light refreshments and FUN!  All ladies are welcome.  Any questions or concerns, please contact Lorraine Scarlett at 905-473-3605.

 

Sunday, December 10th:  White Gift Sunday.  Please bring a non-perishable food item or a monetary donation.  Make sure to note on the cheque or envelope that your donation is for “white gift Sunday.”  All donations will go to the Georgina and Mount Albert Food Pantries.  Thank you.

 

Sunday, December 31st at 10am:  Deconvenanting service for Rev. Calin Lau.  This time change will accommodate the

Pot Luck lunch being served after the service.  Look forward to tasting your favourite main course or dessert.

Office hours for Rev Calin Lau;

Rev Lau will be in the church on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to noon. 

He could stay longer on those weekdays or meet the congregants on other days as required.  

 

However, the first week of December, 2023 (dates not confirmed yet) Meeting of all GCO Growth Animators he has other wider-church obligations.

150th Anniversary Service 

We had a wonderful Anniversary Service. The church was full and seats also at the back of the church.  Rev. Dr. Jane Beers (Hallett) did a great job.  All in all it was a wonderful celebration with lots and lots of food.
