The Ministry and Personnel Committee supports and encourages staff and congregation in their ministries. M & P is a Standing Committee of the Board, making recommendations to the Board regarding working hours for staff, vacation time, and continuing education. They also function as a 'clearing house' for concerns raised by either staff or congregation members. If there are concerns or issues to address, the process is to approach the person directly, or send a signed letter to the M & P Committee. United Church policy is that anonymous concerns or complaints cannot be considered.
